Terms of service.

contentbids.lol is run by TGlobal. By using the site or listing a link on it, you agree to these terms, the rules and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The board is a public list of links to websites, apps and social profiles. Listing is currently free. We may change, pause or end any part of the service, including how listings are ordered or shown, at any time.

• Only list a link you own, represent, or have the right to promote.
• Everything you list must follow the rules: no adult content, scams, malware, impersonation, private group invites or anything illegal.
• By listing, you let us show the link and its public name, title, description and logo on the board, on its listing page and in shares, for as long as the listing is up.
• We may review, edit the category of, hide or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice. A link removed for breaking the rules cannot be listed again.

You agree not to:

• inflate clicks or upvotes with bots, scripts, paid traffic or repeat clicking;
• flood the board, get around its limits, or list on someone else's behalf without permission;
• scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site or its security;
• use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.

A listing does not guarantee any rank, number of clicks, visitors, upvotes, sales or search ranking. Featured places belong to the house. Counts are our best measure of real activity and may be corrected if we find invalid traffic.

The board's design, code and brand belong to TGlobal. Names, logos and trademarks of listed brands belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the link. If you believe a listing uses your trademark or content without permission, email implementations@tglobal.in and we will look into it promptly.

Listings lead to websites and services we do not control. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not verify or endorse listings. See the full Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TGlobal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a listed website or business. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if any.

If a link you list, or the way you use the site, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be handled by the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
